When to Choose 30-Mesh
Select 30-mesh for thicker materials (elastomerics, block fillers, heavy latex). For medium/fine coatings, consider 60/100-mesh variants as appropriate to the material and tip size.
Installation & Care
- Depressurize sprayer and engage the trigger lock.
- Unscrew manifold cap, pull the short filter straight out, and inspect.
- Rinse with clean solvent/water (per coating), brush gently from the inside out.
- Reinsert filter (open end first), seat fully, and tighten cap snugly.
