Most orders over 75 are processed by 1 PM EST and can take up to 2 business days to ship. Normal delivery is expected within 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends.

Orders less than $75, usually take longer to ship. Sometimes may take 5 business days to ship. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
International shipping charge is calculated once parts are put on a box and weighted. you will receive a call or email with shipping options to choose from. once payment is done your order will be shipped to your address.
If you need to cancel your order after it has shipped or because you ordered the incorrect part, there will be 30% restocking fee charged on the item(s) and you will cover shipping costs (Delivery & Return).
To receive a full refund, product must be discontinued or out of stock or if we cannot fulfil your order. We cannot refund an order after 30 days of Delivery.

You may return any "unopened" parts or accessories purchased from sprayersandparts.com within 30 days of delivery by calling our Customer Service at 1-713-931-0006 or email us at [email protected], for a return authorization number. You may be responsible for the shipping costs and there may be up to a 30% restocking fee.
To return new, unopened product due to order error (sprayersandparts.com's mistake).
1.Call 1-713-931-0006 or email [email protected], to obtain an RMA number and return address.
2.Parts returned without an RMA number will be refused and you will not receive credit.
3.We will need the invoice or PO number of the order and the part number, quantity and reason for return.
4.We will then email or fax the Returned Material Authorization along with the return address of where to send the return to.
5.Sprayersandparts.com will send a return USPS label or UPS label to retrieve the wrong items in some cases.
6.You are responsible for making sure it is packaged good enough to ensure it arrives in re sellable condition.
7.Credit will be issued back to the original payment method/ funding source within 3-5 business days of receiving your returned items.
8.No Returns or Credit after 30 days from date of purchase.
9.The turnaround time for this process can take 3-5 business days.
